Exhibition Opening – 8th April 4-6pm | Micro Macrame Workshop 12th April 11am – 12.30pm / 1pm -3pm| Artist Talks 22nd April 11am – 1pm

Turquoise Paradox  brings together 12 artists working across a divergent practice of object design, jewelry, painting and mixed media and their engagement with the curatorial theme. The colour turquoise has many layers of reference for Iranian culture both past and present. It is a unifying element in the exhibition as is the notion of paradox in relation to their experiences as women within Iran and its diaspora.

As part of the public program for the exhibition we will be running jewelry workshops and artist talks.
